Refund policy
BLNG Agency Purchase Agreement
This agreement covers the terms and conditions related to purchasing pre-built Shopify stores and related digital assets through BLNG Agency. Please read and understand all conditions before completing your purchase.
1. Order Fulfillment
For pre-built store transfers, we aim to complete the ownership transfer within 24 hours of purchase. The process may take up to 7 working days in exceptional cases, depending on factors such as how quickly we receive the customer-facing details we need (email, intended domain, logo files if applicable) and any Shopify-side verification steps required to complete the transfer.
For the Store + Personalization variant, the fulfillment window extends to up to 10 working days while we apply the requested personalization (palette, copy, and product swaps) before the transfer.
2. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital assets delivered via Shopify's store-transfer flow, all purchases are non-refundable once the transfer has been initiated, except where explicitly covered by the 14-day satisfaction guarantee below.
14-day satisfaction guarantee. If the transferred store materially differs from what was shown in the product listing screenshots and description (for example, sections missing, products not loaded, theme settings not applied), contact us at support@bling-authority.com within 14 days of the transfer. We will either remediate the store at no additional cost or issue a full refund at our discretion.
The 14-day guarantee does not cover: (a) change of mind, (b) failure to receive the transfer because incorrect customer details were provided, (c) changes the buyer has made to the store after transfer, or (d) business outcomes (sales, traffic, ad performance) - see our Earnings Disclaimer below.
Refund processing (where approved): funds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
3. Guarantees
We guarantee to deliver a fully functional Shopify store, transferred to your account under your control, matching the listing description and screenshots. We guarantee the theme is installed, products are loaded, collections are populated, pages are published, and core policies are in place before transfer.
The success of any online business depends on factors outside our control, including your product selection, pricing, marketing, customer service, and market timing. We do not guarantee revenue, traffic, conversion rates, or any specific business outcome.
4. Earnings Disclaimer
Every effort has been made to accurately represent our products and their potential. However, we make no guarantees of income or earnings. Your success depends on your commitment, expertise, and resources. Examples, case studies, and any figures mentioned in product listings or marketing materials should not be interpreted as guarantees of results - they are illustrative only. Success varies based on individual effort, financial resources, and business skills. Forward-looking statements (for example, words like "anticipate," "expect," "plan," "may earn") represent our opinion on earning potential and are not guarantees of specific outcomes.
5. Edits and Personalization
Pre-built stores are sold on two paths:
- Store Only. Transferred as shown in the listing screenshots. The only edits we apply are swapping the demonstration store name for yours (if you provide one at checkout), connecting your intended domain (if supplied), and adjusting the store contact email. No content, palette, product, or section edits are included on this path.
- Store + Personalization. Includes the Store Only edits above, plus up to two hours of personalization work applied before transfer: palette swaps using your existing brand colors, logo installation, product-name rewrites, or homepage copy swaps. Personalization is limited to the existing sections and structure of the delivered store - we do not build new sections, new pages, or custom functionality under this variant.
All pre-built stores are sold "as is" - please review the product listing screenshots, description, and linked live preview carefully before purchasing. Additional changes beyond the Store + Personalization scope are not included in the standard purchase.
